Female Team Leader – Real Estate

Job Purpose: To lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives in achieving individual and team targets, ensuring smooth operations of day-to-day sales activities, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives. Set individual and team sales targets in coordination with the management. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Guide and support team members in client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. Maintain healthy client relationships and manage post-sale services. Generate and maintain sales reports and MIS for management review. Identify new business opportunities and strategies for market expansion. Coordinate with marketing, legal, and documentation teams for smooth transaction processes. Resolve client queries, complaints, and issues promptly. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and sales protocols. Key Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and practices. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role.
