Lakhera Global Services is a dynamic and growing organization specializing in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle payroll processing, salary revisions, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Address employee grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster a healthy work environment.
• Drive employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
• Monitor employee performance and assist in appraisal processes.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and company compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience (preferably in both IT & Non-IT sectors).
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
