F&B Corporate Sales Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to corporate client needs.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings as required.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network of corporate clients in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Experience in selling event catering, corporate meal plans, or food delivery services to businesses.
