Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. As a key designer for Bunch of Colours, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating unique Kurti set designs that align with upcoming trends, seasonal colors, and our brand’s identity. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our collections and ensuring they appeal to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop innovative and trend-forward Kurti set designs, including cuts, patterns, and embellishments.
• Trend Research: Analyze upcoming fashion trends, market demands, and seasonal color palettes to inform your designs.
• Material Selection: Collaborate with suppliers to choose fabrics, trims, and accessories that enhance the appeal of the designs.
• Sketching and Prototyping: Create detailed sketches and oversee the development of prototypes to finalize designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are translated accurately from concept to final product.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards in terms of fit, finish, and aesthetics.
• Feedback Integration: Adapt designs based on feedback from customers, retailers, and the marketing team to improve future collections.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing ethnic wear, preferably Kurti sets.
• Strong understanding of Indian and global fashion trends.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Excellent sketching and visualization skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
