Customer experience / CRM - Curate the in-store customer experience to ensure a superlative customer experience. - Establish and maintain SOP with regards to all customer touch points (packaging etc) - CRM - Curate a program to ensure customer loyalty - Customer engagement (WhatsApp, conceptualise events online / offline, other activities) to drive sales - Customer data management, record personal details and preferences. - Customer feedback 4. Online Sales / Queries - queries received over WhatsApp and social media - ensure queries are responded to promptly - online catalogue - online bridal consultations 5. Visual Merchandising 6.
