Factory Manager

The Factory Unit Manager will manage the entire manufacturing process, coordinating with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Production Management: Plan and oversee cutting, stitching, finishing, and QC to meet deadlines.
✅ Team Supervision: Manage workers, distribute tasks efficiently, and ensure productivity.
✅ Quality Control: Maintain garment standards, check fits, and resolve defects before dispatch.
✅ Inventory & Material Management: Track stock levels, reduce fabric wastage, and ensure timely procurement.
✅ Cost & Efficiency Optimization: Control labor and material costs while improving production speed.
✅ Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and logistics partners for smooth raw material flow and dispatch.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 5+ years of experience in garment manufacturing (preferably in ethnic wear).
✔ Strong knowledge of cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing.
✔ Experience in managing production teams & optimizing workflows.
✔ Expertise in cost control, inventory tracking, and quality assurance.
✔ Proficiency in Excel or ERP systems for production management.

Bonus Skills:

➕ Experience in wholesale fashion manufacturing.
➕ Knowledge of lean manufacturing & process improvement techniques.
➕ Familiarity with Chandni Chowk or Gandhi Nagar production operations.
