Factory Manager

FACTORY MANAGER Experience – Minimum 5 years (In manufacturing company only) of running a factory. 1. Education : A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field is often required. Some positions may prefer candidates with a master's degree or specialized certifications. 2. Experience : Previous experience in manufacturing or production management is usually required. Candidates may need several years of experience in progressively responsible roles within a manufacturing environment. 3. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities are essential for managing and motivating a team of employees. Experience in supervisory or managerial roles is typically necessary. 4. Technical Knowledge : A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies relevant to the industry is important. This includes knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality control methods, and safety regulations. 5. Problem-Solving Skills : Factory managers must be able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve processes and resolve issues. 6. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with employees, colleagues, and external stakeholders. This includes verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills. 7.
