Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor Location: Kalyan / Bhiwandi / Nashik Road No. of Vacancies: 1 Preferred Gender: Male Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field Experience: 2 – 4 Years Salary: Monthly Gross: ₹20,000 Additional: 3 hours of daily Overtime (paid) Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Weekly Off: Sunday Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM + 3 hours OT Job Responsibilities: Assign daily tasks to team members based on production plans, manpower availability, equipment capacity, and skill levels. Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules and workflows. Maintain strict compliance with quality control standards and procedures. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Ensure all fabricated assemblies meet design and quality requirements. Establish and monitor cost control systems to stay within budget. Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas. Guide and train the team on technical and safety practices. Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development. Administer personnel actions in line with company policies. Set department goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them. Willingness to work in a manufacturing setup with exposure to noise, welding fumes, and changing weather conditions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Attributes: Strong understanding of fabrication processes and production planning. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good leadership, team management, and communication skills. Hands-on experience with quality systems and production monitoring tools. Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
