In this role as an Early Years Program (EYP) Head, based in Mumbai, you will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of early childhood programs. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing curriculum plans, managing staff members, and ensuring a secure and enriching learning environment for young learners. Additionally, you will be actively involved in engaging with parents, providing staff training, and collaborating with the management team to enhance the quality of early childhood education offered at the institution. To excel in this position, you should possess a solid background in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum Development. Your proficiency in Staff Management and Administrative Tasks will be crucial for the smooth functioning of the programs under your supervision. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills are essential for effective interaction with parents, staff, and management. Your ability to work collaboratively and your unwavering dedication to educational excellence and innovation will be key strengths in this role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is mandatory, along with 8 to 10 years of experience in managing early childhood education programs, particularly within an International School setting (IB). Your strong organizational and leadership abilities will be instrumental in driving success in this role.,
