Job Description

The Export Sales Executive is responsible for developing international markets and achieving export sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery and payment collection from overseas clients. Identify and develop new international markets for the company's products. Generate export sales inquiries and convert them into successful orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors. Prepare and process export documentation such as proforma invoices, packing lists, commercial invoices, and LC documents. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely shipments. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with foreign buyers. Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets. Monitor competitor activities in the global market. Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to management.
