We are hiring Export Sales Executive for our reputed client leading in international business of consumer products.
• To identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers/distributors from different countries.
• To make sure that the existing customers/distributors are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
• To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
• To constantly review the distributors performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
• To ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
• Develop and or maintain Merchant Exporters for new and existing products or orders.
• Should be able to work in a target-oriented work environment and should be able to prioritize work based on the given deadlines.
• Correspond with Distributors/customers on a timely basis on Orders and Payments. Check order sheets and pre-shipment documents
• Timely reply to the queries or enquiries of existing customers through email or phone.
• Coordinate with supply chain operations production, stock positions, logistics and documentation with Customs House Agents (CHA).
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with international clients.
• Monitor currency exchange rates and financial risks associated with exports.
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, duties, and tariffs.
• 2-5 years experience with Graduate or Diploma with relevant experience - preferably in Exports Management or International Business or Foreign Trade or Bachelor of International Business and Finance (BIBF) or Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
