Experience: 10–12 Years Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Manager to lead and oversee the entire international trade operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export compliance, global market regulations, documentation, and logistics. You will drive strategic partnerships, manage end-to-end export operations, and ensure timely execution of shipments to international markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead all export operations, including logistics, documentation, and compliance. Identify and develop new international markets and channels for business expansion. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and banks. Ensure adherence to global export regulations (FSSAI, USFDA, EU norms). Optimize shipping schedules and cost structures. Monitor export incentives, duty drawback, EPCG documentation, etc. Liaise with production and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Oversee quality checks, packaging compliance, and final dispatch. Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of export procedures and international trade laws. Strong negotiation skills with logistics partners and agents. Familiarity with DGFT, ICEGATE, EXIM documentation. Proficiency in export incentives, LC handling, and customs clearance.
