Export & Import Executive

• Regulatory Compliance:Ensuring adherence to all relevant import and export regulations, including customs laws, trade agreements, and documentation requirements.
• Documentation Management:Preparing and managing all necessary import and export documentation, such as invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations, and permits.
• Logistics Coordination:Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other logistics providers to arrange transportation, customs clearance, and delivery of goods.
• Communication and Negotiation:Maintaining communication with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolving any issues related to shipments.
• Relationship Management:Developing and maintaining relationships with international customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Market Analysis:Monitoring international market trends and conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth and development.
• Reporting and Analysis:Preparing reports and analyses on import/export activities and providing regular updates to management.
• Cost Optimization:Identifying opportunities to optimize shipping costs and streamline the import/export process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
