Job Description

We are a growing export company specializing in premium handcrafted home décor and furniture, with a strong presence in international markets. Our collections feature bone inlay, mother-of-pearl, metalwork, and other artisan products. We are now seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our export team. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with international buyers on product development, pricing, and sampling Follow up on orders from confirmation to shipment, ensuring timelines and quality Handle product sampling, costing, and approval processes Work closely with the production and quality control teams Maintain export documentation and client records Manage packaging and logistics coordination for timely shipments Attend trade shows (domestic/international) as required Research trends and competitor products for innovation and improvement Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in handicrafts/home décor exports Strong communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills Knowledge of export documentation and procedures Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment Attention to detail with a creative mindset
