Recently, Bipha has expanded into organized retailing, wellness clinics, Ayurvedic hospitals, and operates boutique stores in leading international airports and shopping malls. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Coordinator located in Kottayam. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating with customers and service providers, and ensuring regulatory compliance for export shipments. The role also involves handling communication, providing excellent customer service, and managing ocean freight logistics. Qualifications Knowledge of Export Documentation and Export regulations Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience with Ocean freight logistics Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in using relevant software and tools Ability to work independently and within a team Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field preferred Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus Show more Show less
