SUMMARY Sales Manager We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales officers, and nurturing relationships with dealers to expand our market reach. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with conducting market analysis, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring optimal product availability. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales officers to maximize their performance Identify, appoint, and nurture relationships with dealers to expand market reach Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights to senior management Ensure effective communication of product quality and benefits to clients and influencers Work with channel partners to ensure adequate inventory levels of products Optimize the deployment of resources to achieve the desired return on investment Ensure complete compliance with reporting requirements Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management Customer Centricity, Critical Thinking, Planning & Organising, Nimble Learning
