Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new corporate clients seeking talent acquisition or workforce development solutions. Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Understand the talent requirements of companies and position the companys solutions accordingly. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing. Handle key accounts with a focus on client retention, satisfaction, and upselling. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success. Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales , with exposure to key account management and high-ticket sales . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, etc.). Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong business acumen. Technical Competency: Knowledge of CRM Tools Lead Generation & Prospecting Techniques Sales Funnel & Pipeline Management Conducting Demonstration Cold Calling & Email marketing Negotiation skills Market / Competitor Analysis Proposal & Quotation Drafting Digital Communication Tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp Business) Behavioral Competency: Strong Communication & Listening Skills Interpersonal Relationship Initiative and Potential Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated Resilience & Ability to Handle Rejections Preferred: Experience in HR Tech, Recruitment Solutions, or SaaS targeting enterprise clients. Track record in consultative selling and handling complex client relationships. Understanding of hiring trends and challenges in various industries.
