Job Summary

Executive-Stores & Logistics will be responsible for smooth functioning of inbound & outbound activities of Stores and Logistics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receipt & Issue of material with proper documentation
  • Managing raw material & FG inventory in the respective stores
  • Physical vs book stock variation is kept under check & control
  • Implementation of 5S, FIFO & other such initiatives for proper storage of material
  • Maintain the layout, storage norms as per the guidelines
  • Plan dispatches in coordination with PPC team, Invoicing, Organizing Vehicle
  • Make sure OTD at customer end as per the agreed delivery lead time
  • Optimum utilization of the contracted vehicle & market hire and continuously work on ways & means to keep the transport cost under check & control
  • Ensure all legal documentation are complied with and necessary procedures are in place for storage & retrieval of data for audit and verification purposes
  • Coordinate with C&F Agency & Finance team for import material receipt & documentation
  • Ensure proper disposal of scrap and documentation thereof
  • Maintain documents as per the QMS & EMS Process
EDUCATIONFull time Graduate / Graduate MBA / Degree / Diploma in Engineering

Experience

Maximum 4 to 5 years of experience in managing the stores & logistics functionLANGUAGESProficiency in local language & fluent in English

Skills And Competences

Advance XL knowledge, Tally, Eye for details, Good numerical ability

Additional Information

Person working in a manufacturing setup, managing large volume & variants of SKUs in stores & logistics function
