Job Description

You are a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter responsible for overseeing all recruitment activities within the diverse divisions of Ethics Group of Companies, which includes warehousing, transportation, and other business operations. Your primary role involves developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the expanding business, ensuring alignment with company objectives, values, and long-term goals. As an Executive / Senior Executive - HR based in Gurugram, you will report to the Deputy Manager HR and should ideally possess 3 to 6 years of experience in industries such as Logistics & Supply Chain, Pharma, or Retail. A preferred qualification for this role is an MBA-HR or any other Post Graduate Degree in HR. Your key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. You will conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and culture fit, manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to job offer, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition while ensuring accurate record-keeping in the applicant tracking system (ATS). The ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, expertise in posting jobs on social media networks, and familiarity with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools. Strong time-management skills, the ability to identify bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure, quick decision-making abilities, and a proactive approach to delivering quality results within set timelines are crucial. Additionally, effective communication skills, a strong work ethic, teamwork capabilities, negotiation skills, and a commitment to excellence are essential traits for success in this role.,
