Executive Assistant to the Chancellor

Eligibility:

• Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• English medium background throughout academic career (Desirable)

• Age must be up to 35 years only.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in MS Office and internet-based applications with a basic knowledge of AI and its related tools
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Bangla
• Experienced in handling data and managing confidential information
• Knowledge of

  social media handling, SEO, and digital marketing

  is preferable
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to details
• Must have a

  genuine interest in research-based activities, studying different matters, and presenting proper findings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chancellor in daily activities, meetings, and correspondence
• Handle and maintain official data, records, and documentation
• Able to prepare reports as required
• Manage social media accounts, digital promotions, and SEO activities
• Coordinate with departments and external contacts as required
