Executive Analytical Method Development Laboratory

Qualification : B.sc/M.sc/B.pharm/M.pharm in Analytical Subject
Experience : 3-5 Years

• Handled analytical instruments like LC-MS, HPLC, GC, UV, and IR for IPRS certification.
• Involved in the modification of existing analytical methods for monographs available in Indian Pharmacopoeia.
• Conducted method verification and analysis of New Drug Substance from stakeholders.
• Facilitated the development of monographs and General Chapters to the IPC for IP Volumes in the year 2010.
• Analyzed specifications and supported validation data for new drugs, and translates specifications and test methods into IPC editorial style and format.
• Provided analytical support in routine analysis and reaction monitoring by HPLC.
• Carried of analysis for Method Development, Method Validation Activities and give assistance in analytical compliance to QC.
• Responsible for the sustenance of TQM (Total Quality Management) for continual improvement in quality.
• Ensure the compliances of Quality requirements of products supplied in line with customer specifications - QMS, NABL guidelines.
• Monitoring process parameters, product results & performance affecting business results using SQC (Statistical QC) tools.
• Ensuring all time readiness of laboratory for auditing (internal and external) and mentoring the QC team.
• Submission of VQ (Vendor Questionnaire) declarations and coordination with marketing team.
• Preparation of SOP’s, & COA’s, Validation Protocols and reports.
• Ensure the lab meets the Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements and 5S compliance.
• Conduct trainings, monitoring of team KPI’s on six monthly basis
• 3P process (Purchase requisition, Purchase Order & Payment).
• Preparing MSDS of new and updating existing products using software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
