Job Description

About Us:

Role

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, purchases, and expenses
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as
billing, invoicing, petty cash management, and bank reconciliation
Monitor outstanding dues and follow up on patient payments or third-party claims
Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain vendor ledger
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Work with external auditors and consultants when required
Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
Coordinate with front desk, admin, and operations teams to align financial data
Maintain and update Tally or any other accounting software used by the clinic

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (healthcare sector experience is a plus)
Proficiency in
Tally, MS Excel
, and basic accounting tools
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Good communication and coordination skills
Passion for making a positive impact in the women’s health space is a plus
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
