Executive Accountant

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions accurately in Tally software and reconciling bank statements with Tally records on a regular basis. Your key duties will include ensuring all entries comply with company accounting policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate records for tax calculations (GST, VAT, and Income Tax) in Tally, and preparing and managing purchase bills for vendor transactions. You will also be tasked with ensuring invoices contain correct tax calculations and other necessary details, as well as reconciling GSTR2A / GSTR2B with Tally records and vice versa. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping, in-depth knowledge of Tally software and its functionalities, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and tax laws (GST, VAT, Income Tax). Experience in preparing and managing invoices and bills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software, strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records, and strong organizational skills for document and record management are also essential.
