We are looking for candidate with only 2 - 5 Years of experience on International Voice support or international client support.

Job Location:

• Chennai Office - Thousand lights

Shift Timings:

• 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• (One-way drop facility provided for female employees)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful onboarding of new IRIS customers across multiple products.
• Act as the first point of contact during project implementation.
• Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion.
• Plan, monitor, and control the entire project lifecycle.
• Manage all customer communications, from Welcome Calls to Project Closure and Handover.
• Collaborate with Consultants to create project plans and necessary documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, resources, and third parties to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Define, book, and manage resources required for project delivery.
• Help implement best practices and processes for project management.
• Ensure all project documentation and systems are up-to-date.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports to track project progress.
• Identify and address risks and issues throughout the project.
• Support new initiatives and offer related documentation.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed by the Project Management Team.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong project coordination skills and experience.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Desired Competencies:

• Proficient with software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to respond to project adjustments and changes efficiently.
• Adaptability and flexibility during times of change.
• Motivated, persuasive, and able to encourage team members.
