Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience: 2–3 years (Preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for civil, aluminium, glazing, or interior projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documents. The candidate should have a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and pricing.
• Assist in tendering and bidding processes.
• Analyze project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and procurement teams.
• Ensure timely submission of estimates as per project timelines.
• Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in estimation, preferably in construction, aluminium, glazing, or interior projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (if any).
• Good analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
