EPC Project Manager

About the Role

EPC Project Manager

You will work closely with U.S. stakeholders, internal design and compliance teams, and vendor partners to deliver projects that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery

  of EPC and ECM projects for U.S. markets.
• Act as the

  primary liaison with U.S. partners and clients

  , including engineering firms and government agencies.
• Develop and manage project

  budgets, schedules, risk registers

  , and resource plans.
• Ensure

  compliance with all relevant U.S. codes, standards, and contract specifications

  .
• Lead internal coordination with design, procurement, compliance, and energy analysis teams.
• Monitor project KPIs including

  delivery timeliness, cost variance, and code compliance

  .
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights and issue mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in

  Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)

  or related field.

• 8–12 years

  of experience managing EPC or infrastructure projects, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong understanding of

  project management methodologies

  and tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Prior experience with

  U.S. construction standards

  or working with North American clients.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent

  Project Management certification

  .
• Familiarity with

  U.S. energy efficiency, renewable energy, or government-funded projects

  .
• Exposure to

  design-build project environments

  and ECM-related scope.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and fast-paced delivery environments.
