Job Description

English Teacher is responsible for instructing students in the English language, including grammar, composition, and literature. They develop lesson plans, engage students in discussions, and evaluate their progress through assignments and assessments. Their role is crucial in developing students' reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Designing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Assessment and Evaluation: Grading assignments, essays, and tests, and providing constructive feedback to students. Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Communication: Collaborating with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress and needs. Professional Development: Participating in workshops, conferences, and other opportunities for professional growth.
