Engineering Manager

Experience range: 10 to 15 years only

Notice period: Immediate up to 60 days

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and hands-on technical expertise.

Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, and microservices.

- Proven experience managing teams of 15-18 members.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.

- Background in utilities domain and cloud-native development is a plus.

- Strong understanding of software development and project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timelines are met.

- Plan, schedule, and allocate resources across projects.

- Coach, guide, and motivate project teams, promoting a collaborative work environment.

- Drive process improvements and maintain sound project management practices.

- Report on budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and project progress.

- Support pre-sales efforts, including bids and proposals.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Education & Certifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ICT, or related field.

- Project Management certification preferred.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,200,000.00 per year
