Senior Electrical Wiring Harness Design Engineer

to lead the design, development, and documentation of electrical wiring harness systems for complex engineering projects. This role involves end-to-end ownership of harness design within a CAD environment, leveraging tools such as

Creo Schematics

and

Creo Cabling

, and managing design documentation through systems like

Windchill

Required Skills

Proficient in Creo Schematics, Creo Cabling, and Windchill PLM systems.
Strong understanding of wiring harness design principles and industry-standard practices.
Experience in preparing and managing detailed engineering documentation.
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and lead small design teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to engineering excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
