Role: Education Counselor (Kodakco Academy)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counselor to join our team at Kodakco Academy in Noida. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about guiding students in their educational and career journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic and career counseling to prospective students.

• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound communication to engage students.

• Explain course structures, learning outcomes, and enrollment processes clearly.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with students and parents to ensure engagement.

• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to meet monthly admission goals.

• Maintain and update student databases with high accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Prior experience in education counseling or academic consulting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with a goal-oriented and empathetic approach.
