✅ Manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace & Shopify
✅ Write SEO-optimized titles, descriptions & specs
✅ Process orders, returns, refunds & resolve customer issues
✅ Monitor stock levels & sync with warehouse updates
✅ Set up discounts, campaigns & pricing strategies
✅ Analyze data to boost conversions & reduce cart abandonment
✅ Coordinate with marketing/design teams for banners & creatives
✅ Respond to customer queries and maintain top feedback ratings
✅ Ensure all listings follow platform policies & standards
✔️ 1–2 yrs experience in e-commerce marketplace management
✔️ Strong English skills (International exposure = Bonus!)
✔️ Detail-focused with solid communication and analytical skills
