Primary Responsibilities: - Product Content Management: Writing and editing product content, optimizing product listings, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across e-commerce platforms. - Data Analysis: Analyzing website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve the customer experience. - Inventory Management: Managing inventory status, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring product availability across e-commerce platforms. - Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to online purchases. Additional Responsibilities: - Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry. - Competitor Analysis: Monitoring competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions. - Website Maintenance: Updating website content, design, and features to ensure a seamless user experience. - Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize online sales potential ¹ ² ³.
