MIDAZZLE PRIVATE LTD. www.midazzle.com Title: E-commerce Specialist – Listings, Account Management & Coordination Location: Sahibabad Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.). The role involves end-to-end ownership of listings, order and inventory management, platform coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with warehouse, marketing, and accounts teams. The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, and capable of driving performance and visibility across online platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Management: Manage listings, cataloging, and content across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. Ensure timely updates of pricing, promotions, inventory, and images. Monitor buy box performance, product visibility, and keyword optimization. 2. Account Management: Handle daily operations for marketplaces: orders, returns, cancellations, and SLAs. Build strong working relationships with category managers, platform account managers, and support teams. Track sales targets, performance KPIs, and monthly account health. 3. End-to-End Operational Management: Coordinate with warehouses and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment and inventory updates. Ensure smooth onboarding of new products/SKUs and timely replenishment planning. Monitor stock-outs, returns, and delays proactively. 4. Reconciliation & Payments: Maintain accurate sales, return, and payment records. Reconcile payouts and raise disputes for chargebacks, claims, or penalties. Liaise with the accounts/finance team for periodic reconciliation and GST compliance. 5. Marketing & Promotion Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign planning, coupons, and ad spend. Plan and implement seasonal offers, banner placements, and brand store updates. Monitor marketing ROI and performance reports from platforms. Key Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience with e-commerce & quick commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.). Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, content optimization, and platform tools (e.g., Seller Central, Vendor Central, Unicommerce). Excellent skills in Excel, data analytics, and e-commerce dashboards. Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and follow-up discipline. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field. 3–6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle segments. Experience with reconciliation and payment tracking across multiple platforms. Preferred Attributes: Strong in MIS and MS Office tools like excel, word and PPT. Exposure to new-age marketplaces and dark store formats. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
