We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to drive seller acquisition and ensure seamless onboarding onto our platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our seller base and supporting operational efficiency. Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided data to introduce our platform and services. Seller Onboarding: Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring all required information and documentation is submitted accurately and promptly. Support & Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth seller integration and activation. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and sellers in the CRM system. Follow-up Communication: Conduct follow-ups with leads and potential sellers to resolve queries and ensure onboarding completion.
