Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end operations for our client accounts on Amazon, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be familiar with seller platforms, Amazon advertising, and catalog management, with the ability to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently and contribute to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Manage and optimize Amazon seller accounts for multiple clients.
  • Product Listing & Optimization: Create, upload, and enhance listings using relevant keywords, A+ content, and compelling product copy.
  • Performance Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly reports for account performance, ad spends, ACoS, CTR, etc.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies; resolve account health and suppression issues.
  • Coordination & Communication: Work closely with internal teams for listing assets and with clients for strategy updates.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve negative feedback, return issues, and buyer messages through seller platforms.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • 0–2 years of experience managing Amazon/Flipkart or similar marketplaces.
  • Proficient in Amazon Seller Central/Flipkart Seller Hub, and tools like Helium 10 or similar.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns and ad optimization.
  • Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content creation.
  • Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools, ad analytics, and bulk uploads.
  • Basic creative/graphic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
