Job Description

Role Expectations

  • Operate Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and Meta Commerce Manager efficiently.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand tone, is grammatically correct, and is visually consistent.
  • Meet all content publishing, campaign setup, and reporting deadlines without delays.
  • Maintain consistent daily communication with marketing agency, influencers, and internal teams.
  • Double-check all live content for errors (pricing, links, layout).
  • Use sales data and campaign performance to make informed content and promotional decisions.
  • Identify workflow gaps, suggest improvements, and escalate issues as needed.

Key Deliverables

  • Maintain an accurate and optimized Shopify storefront.
  • Ensure Google and Meta product feeds are updated and error-free.
  • Plan, set up, and maintain on-site marketing offers and campaigns.
  • Submit daily sales performance reports.
  • Manage influencer campaigns and content trackers.
  • Oversee product reviews and user-generated content on product pages.
  • Monitor inventory levels of promotional products and coordinate restocking.

Work Experience

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online merchandising.
  • Proven track record of managing Shopify storefronts, including catalog and content updates.
  • Familiarity with Google Shopping and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) product feeds is preferred.

Platform & Tool Proficiency

Required

  • Shopify Admin (product catalog, collections, menus, pages, metafields)
  • Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (daily sales reporting & inventory tracking)
  • Google Merchant Center (feed setup and maintenance)
  • Meta Commerce Manager / Facebook Catalog

Preferred

  • Basic HTML or Shopify Liquid (for minor content edits)
  • Canva or Photoshop (for light image/banner editing)
  • UGC/Review tools: Judge.me
  • Email marketing tools: WebEngage, Mailchimp (for product or campaign coordination)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Comfortable working across teams and coordinating with external agencies or influencers

Education (Optional)

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Equivalent experience and demonstrated skill set are equally valued
