Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager, located in Pune. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. They will need to address any issues that arise efficiently, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in wellness or luxury segments, is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
