Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Front Office Manager. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth administrative functions. Key responsibilities include managing staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining efficient communication between departments. The role requires strong customer service skills and effective communication to ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.
