Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed technical drawings and layouts as per project specifications. Interpret and understand architectural and civil engineering designs to create precise drafts. Use AutoCAD and other drafting software to generate 2D and 3D drawings. Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, regulations, and project requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to make necessary modifications. Maintain and organize all project drawings and documentation. Assist in material selection and specification by understanding building materials and construction techniques. Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness. Keep up to date with industry trends, construction materials, and drafting techniques.   Qualifications & Experience: Education: ITI in Draftsmanship (Architectural/Civil). Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in architectural or civil firms.   Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting tools. Strong technical drawing and detailing skills. Ability to read, interpret, and develop architectural and structural drawings. Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards. Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams effectively.   Preferred: Experience with 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.) is an added advantage.
