Front-End Developer Skill Set (Must-Have)

• Solid experience in developing and implementing customer-facing web platforms
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, JSON Schema (ES6)
• Deep knowledge of Design Systems, Style Guides, and Pattern Libraries (debugging skills)
• In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, including async/await, Promises
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Skilled in Git version control
• Familiar with core web vitals and performance optimization
• Exposure to Babel, Webpack, NPM (Good to have)
• Knowledge of Micro Front-End concepts and Headless Implementation (Nice to have)
  

Adaptive Forms Expertise (Must-Have)

• Experience in Adaptive Forms development
• Development of Form Data Model (FDM) and backend integrations
• Performance optimization using Lazy Loading
• Usage of Form Fragments for logical structuring and reusability
  

AEM Backend Developer Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong Java programming, including Servlet Development
• Experience with OSGi/Felix, Apache Sling, Maven
• Proficient in working with JCR/CRX
• Creation and consumption of Web Services
• Familiar with Junit, code review, and maintaining code quality standards
