Dispatch Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site execution for our interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior works, including furniture installation, civil finishes, electrical, plumbing, and coordination with vendors and contractors. This role demands on-site presence, regular monitoring, and timely execution with quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to interior fit-outs, furniture installation, and civil/electrical/plumbing works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site personnel.
• Monitor material delivery and usage, report shortages or delays to the project team.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety standards, and proper working conditions.
• Take site measurements and verify dimensions before and after installation.
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare work progress reports.
• Resolve minor on-site issues and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to design quality, workmanship, and client expectations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior or furniture project execution.
• Strong understanding of interior layouts, technical drawings, and finishing materials.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle pressure and timelines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Prior experience in handling residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
