Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Engineer (B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical) located in Pune. The Dispatch Engineer will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, coordinating with technicians and clients, ensuring timely response and resolution of service requests, and maintaining service documentation and logs. The role also involves troubleshooting mechanical issues and providing technical support to the field team. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments to improve service delivery is essential.

• Strong Mechanical Troubleshooting and Maintenance Skills
• Solid Technical Support and Field Team Collaboration Ability
• Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
