Position: Director – Incubation and Entrepreneurship

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

  Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Engineering/Management/Innovation/Entrepreneurship or related fields from a recognized university.

• Experience:

• Minimum

  10 years

  of overall experience in academia, industry, or start-up ecosystem.
• At least

  5 years of leadership experience

  in managing incubation centres, start-up cells, or entrepreneurship development programs.
• Proven track record in:
• Establishing and managing start-up incubators
• Securing government or industry funding (e.g., DST, MSME, AICTE, Startup India)
• Mentoring start-ups and student entrepreneurs
• Organizing innovation challenges, hackathons, and accelerator programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the University’s

  Incubation & Start-up Ecosystem

  and entrepreneurship outreach initiatives.
• Establish partnerships with

  industry, investors, government agencies

  , and start-up networks.
• Mentor faculty and student innovators from idea validation to market launch.
• Drive national and international

  funding proposals and grants

  for incubation support.
• Oversee innovation labs, start-up policy implementation, and business development support.
• Organize workshops, bootcamps, and entrepreneurship awareness programs.
