Job Title: Agri Business Expert – Technology & Agronomy (Sales Development) Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat ravel Requirement: 80% Field, 20% Office Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Agri Business Expert to drive technology and agronomy-based business development across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra . The ideal candidate will lead sales, dealer/retailer development , and engage with large farms, farmers, and FPOs. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong local language skills and a passion for sustainable agriculture and technology. Key Responsibilities: Lead generation and agri-input sales to farmers, FPOs, and agri-retailers Build and manage dealer and retailer networks across the assigned states Promote sustainable agriculture practices and agritech solutions Design and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Engage with government schemes, CSR opportunities, and liaise with departments Conduct product demos and agronomy advisory to farmers and large farm owners Support FPOs, SHGs, and farmer groups with technical know-how and market linkage Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or related field 2–5 years of field experience in agribusiness, FPOs, or agri-input sales Knowledge of sustainable farming, agri-tech, and agronomy Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (working English preferred) Familiarity with government schemes, CSR projects, and FPO operations Ability to work independently with high travel commitment Salary & Benefits: ₹35,000/month + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance Preferred: Candidates with experience in sales development officer roles , NGO/agri-projects, and exposure to government liaison or CSR work.
