We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Diploma freshers to join our team as Graduate. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to ensure the smooth functioning in the manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities : Production Support : Support production teams in achieving daily operational targets by ensuring minimal downtime due to electrical or electronic failures. Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues promptly. Testing and Quality Assurance : Perform testing of electrical and electronic components used in manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Process Optimization : Participate in initiatives to optimize energy usage, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency. Suggest improvements to current systems and processes. Learning and Development : Attend training sessions on company-specific tools, software, and protocols. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in electrical and electronics engineering. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of maintenance, testing, and repair activities. Prepare and submit reports to supervisors as required.
