About the Role: We’re looking for a digitally savvy and performance-focused Digital Media Executive to join our media team. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads . If you’re passionate about digital media, performance marketing, and turning insights into results—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on key KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Assist in preparing performance reports and insights with actionable recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements. Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and new ad formats. Monitor budgets, pacing, and billing for accuracy across campaigns. Requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory). Strong understanding of performance metrics and media optimization strategies. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Comfortable working on Excel/Sheets and preparing client-ready reports. Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus. Strong communication and multitasking skills.
