Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our institute in Malappuram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a genuine interest in mentoring and teaching students. This role involves delivering practical, up-to-date training in various digital marketing tools and techniques, helping learners become industry-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured and interactive training sessions in both online and offline modes.
• Teach core areas of digital marketing, including:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Google Ads
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Content and Email Marketing
• Google Analytics and Reporting
• Affiliate and Influencer Marketing
• WordPress and Website Management
• Design and update course materials to align with current industry trends.
• Facilitate live projects and campaigns to provide hands-on experience.
• Provide individual feedback and support to students throughout the learning process.
• Track student progress and collaborate with the academic and placement team.
• Stay informed about the latest digital marketing updates, algorithms, and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong command of digital platforms and tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
• Ability to manage classrooms and training sessions independently.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality education and supporting student growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in training, mentoring, or coaching.
• Recognized certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
