Admissions Process: Handle end-to-end admission formalities including course briefing, fee structuring, documentation, and onboarding. Payment Collection & Follow-up: Collect course fees as per the schedule and maintain regular follow-ups with students for pending payments or EMI installments. CRM & Reporting: Update Zoho CRM daily with lead status, payment status, and conversion progress. Maintain reports and share daily admission and payment metrics with management. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly admission and revenue targets. Support in executing local marketing initiatives to generate more leads. Student Relationship Management: Ensure smooth pre-admission and post-admission engagement and act as a point of contact for student queries and support.
