Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, email, and content marketing
• Create, manage, and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Groups, LinkedIn, and other relevant student platforms
• Design creative campaigns and write compelling copy tailored to the college audience
• Track analytics, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with student ambassadors and influencers for brand promotion
• Coordinate with design and product teams for promotional content and in-app visibility
• Implement growth hacking strategies to rapidly increase user base
• Engage in feedback loops with users to improve digital experiences

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of social media trends, content creation, and campaign execution
• Knowledge of SEO, basic design tools (like Canva), and email marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in targeting Gen Z/college students is a plus
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in startup marketing, campus ambassador programs, or freelance content creation is a plus
