Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. The role also involves measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Qualifications

• Paid Ad Campaigns Management.
• Proficiency with tools like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Snapchat & their Paid Ads Dashboard.
• Digital Marketing and Web Analytics skills
• Media Plans & Strong Reporting.
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
• SEO will be a plus
